Our team at Slope House Mercantile can help you get your home ready for photos and to list. We offer staging services that range from accessorizing your existing furniture and advising on how to prep your home to sell, to full home staging. We currently offer 2 options for staging.

Option 1: in home styling help. We go through your home with you and make suggestions on what to add, remove, or change to make your home more appealing to a buyer. We use your furniture and accessories. Cost is $75 per hour, with a 2 hr minimum charge.

Option 2: we style your home using a mix of your furniture and ours to make significant improvements to your space. The merchandise used remains in the home for the duration of the listing. Cost is $150-$250 per room, per month. This amount will be finalize after an in person consultation determines the size of the rooms and how much furniture and accessories are needed for a successful staging.
