All custom orders, made to order items, flash sale items, furniture (excluding vintage), artwork, sale items, and chandeliers are final sale and cannot be returned.
In the instance a non-returnable or final sale item is approved for a return, a credit will be issued minus a 25% restocking fee. All credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card.

To maintain the quality of your jewelry. We recommend following these care tips:
- For storage. Keep each piece in a separate sealed container or zip lock bag. Its' recommended to utilize an anti tarnish tab as well. When possible. Store in a jewelry box away from light, heat and moisture. - During wear avoid sleeping while wearing your jewelry to prevent damage from tossing and turning. Refrain from donning your jewelry while swimming or in hot tubs - chloride can be detrimental to metals and precious stones. Similarly sea water is corrosive to such ornaments. By implementing these precautions you can extend the longevity of your cherished pieces.
